Knauf insulation prices vary according to thickness, roll coverage, stock availability and order quantity.

The four Earthwool Ceiling Roll thicknesses are 50mm, 75mm, 100mm and 135mm. Each has different square-metre coverage and a different cost per roll.

How do I calculate how many rolls I need?

Measure your ceiling area by multiplying its length and width in metres. Add the areas together if you have multiple rooms.

Divide the required square metres, including any cutting allowance, by the coverage of your chosen Knauf roll. Always round up to a complete roll.

For example, a 50m² ceiling with a 5% cutting allowance requires 52.5m² of insulation. With 135mm Knauf covering 9m² per roll, you would need 6 rolls.
